What are Koshas?
Kosha is the Sanskrit word for “sheath” and in Vedic philosophy, it is believed that we each have five different energy sheaths starting at the gross (physical) level and ending at the subtle (energetic) level.

One advantage that the Holosync program does have over the Profound Meditation Program 3.0 is that you can add personal silent messages to the soundtracks, such as self-affirmations.
